Sales Associate

Appliance Sales:
The commissioned sales associate is to provide top quality guest assistance and customer service that far exceeds that of our competitors. Continuously demonstrates a solid commitment in selling products and services on behalf of hhgregg.

Home Electronic Sales:
The commissioned sales associate is to provide top quality guest assistance and customer service that far exceeds that of our competitors. Continuously demonstrates a solid commitment in selling products and services on behalf of hhgregg.


Store Warehouse

Warehouse Associate:
The warehouse associate is to assist customers in a prompt, courteous manner and support store needs. Stage, load, and unload products received into store and ready to be shipped out. Stock and maintain warehouse inventory.

Warehouse Lead:
The basic function of the Warehouse Lead associate is to assist customers in a prompt, courteous manner and support store needs. Stage, load, and unload products received into store and ready to be shipped out. Stock and maintain warehouse inventory. This position is also responsible for loading merchandise scheduled to be delivered to customer’s homes.


Customer Service

Customer Service Merchandiser:
The Customer Service Merchandiser is to process sales transactions and assist customers in a prompt, courteous manner. Maintain a neat and clean work area. Comply with company policies and procedures.

Operations Lead:
The basic function of the Operations Lead is to ensure the merchandise is received properly into the store and flows efficiently to the sales floor.


Management

Manager in Training
The Manager In Training role is an entry level management position. The basic function is to learn all aspects of how the store operates in preparation for a manager role as a General Manager, Sales Manager or Operations Manager. The training program is outlined in four key areas; Sales, Operations, Distribution and Assistant Manager.
